My front loader washer had stopped working and was making a strange noise. I had use Leggett's before when the washer was still under warrenty and they had done a great job. I called them six years later and they were at my house in less than 40 minutes. It took the repairman less than 15 minutes to diagnose the problem and he had the part on his truck. It took him another 20 minutes to install the part and make sure that the machine was working properly. The part was $90 and the labor plus trip charge was $149. Overall time the repairman took was less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional.
