We agreed for him to mow my lawn twice a month. I trusted Chris to maintain my lawn while I was away from my house and it was like trying to get a teenager to do the chore. I had to call, text, and even contact him using a different number for me just to get in contact with him to then ask when he was going to come out and mow. Always says he will but never showed up after the fourth mow. He needs to mature more before taking on more clients.

I called them and never worried about my lawn agAin. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MAJOR PROJECTS. I hired Chris, the president of C4 Lawn Maintenance and Pressure Washing for a large project that included wooden fence install, lawn landscaping and sod replacement, and sprinkler repair. Chris was FULL of false promises and is NOT trustworthy. He took on a project bigger than he was capable of, despite him seeming confident of being able to properly complete project. He incorrectly built a wooden fence that had to be rebuilt, miss-managed proper landscaping that resulted in a huge pile of dirt/trash/grass that had to be properly cleaned up by another contractor, and never repaired the sprinkler system despite his promising to do so. 3 months after hiring Chris, he had left me an incomplete wooden fence that had to be rebuilt, and left the landscape in shambles. I had to fire Chris and hire professional/experienced contractors to fix the mess he made. Additionally, after firing Chris we BOTH agreed that he at least properly fix the fence work he did, which required significant oversight. He came out a few times after me telling him directly to come over to the house and finish his work, but then failed to show and would never return my phone calls/text/emails despite his previous agreement to repair his bad fence install. The one good thing he did was reimburse me some funds after firing him. This prevented me from filing a lawsuit against him, which I had researched and was fully prepared to do. But even though he reimbursed me, the agreed upon price was based on him completely repairing the fence, which he failed to do. I had a few conversations about how important it is in life to be a man of your word and trustworthy. My experience is that he is still immature in the business world and has a long way to go establish a credible business. Bottom line, Chris may be okay at mowing lawns and pressure washing (I cannot verify), but he IS NOT capable or cut out for anything else. Also, watch out for false promises/timelines, and I would not trust him if he says he is capable of doing any projects other than mowing and pressure washing.
