My wife's family were using them before and we decided to use them. Our bills are probably higher because our pets are both seven years old and so they get a thorough check. The people at the desk and the doctor as well care about the animals. When we go back they know the dogs and the dogs are definitely happy to see them and I consider that the biggest recommendation of all. I am sure the price can be less but our pets are healthy.

I've been going to North Bay for 15 years, and Dr. Bergeron is the vet. They are conveniently located for me.

.he patient waiting area was very clean and welcoming. However,the receptionist was not! I introduced myself and my dog for our appointment she then roughly placed the clipboard down without even speaking to me and then I quickly noticed the new patient form. I was very disapointed (by her actions) and questioned if I had made the right decison in bringing my beloved dog here. After the paperwork was complete I was greeted by the vet tech who made me feel much more at ease. She listened carefully to my description of symptoms and she handled my dog as though he were her own. She was very knowledgable and professional. I didnt wait very long at all until Dr. Bergloff entered and introduced himself. After the introductions he placed his full attention to his new patient.His approach helped my dog calm down and feel at ease. Dr. Bergloff is very professional, caring, down to earth and patiently answered and addressed all my concerns. During our conversation I learned that he stays up to date by attending conferences, and continuing education. My dog had a very unstressful thorough examination.
