National Property Inspections

We arrived late and Tim had already finished the roof and exterior, but stopped to catch us up on everything he'd found before proceeding with the rest of the inspection. He was EXTREMELY patient with our endless questions and showed us lots of things about the home which we had missed during our initial walk-through. I believe he spent something like 4.5 hours on our inspection. A good chunk of that time was spent helping us understand some of what he was seeing.
As first-time buyers, we were very happy to have someone as thorough and knowledgeable as Tim to give us a good idea of what we were buying. He seemed very fair and honest and we feel we received a thorough and truthful picture of the potential issues and strengths of the property.

I am a first-time home buyer and was impressed by how thorough and professional Tim Williams was. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking for. I think without the interaction the job would have taken 2.5 hours, but because he took the time with me it was around a 4 hour inspection. The total price indicated included a $45 discount which I assume came from my Realtor recommending him.

Mr. Williams was the only person willing to do the inspection in any kind of timely fashion. All inspectors know that contracts have limited windows and Mr. Williams acknowledged our need and made time for us. He was thorough and answered all of my husband's questions during the inspection. For several reasons we decided not to purchase that house. We liked the service and quality here so much we have asked Mr. Williams to provide the inspection for a pending contract. The inspection is something that benefits the buyer and a thorough, honest evaluation allows me as the buyer to make an informed decision and be prepared for the needs of my new home. Mr. Williams provides this level of service and I not only am willing to be a repeat customer, I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

It went fine. I didn't have to wait a long time for them to come out and inspect. I also thought they were thorough.

We would use them again.  Efficient, fast, thorough.  Can't say enough about the company.   In particular he pointed out a sump pump in basement which we were not aware of, and an open screened wall in the back of the basement and running water.

Tim was quick to response and was on time for our appointment. He was very thorough with his inspection and made sure to let me know every detail of the home that i would need to know. He answered all my questions and responded to my concerns quickly too! He was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends!

Tim was on time as scheduled and went above and beyond what was expected.  Awesome Job!
