Opening our doors in 2008 as Custom Technical Services of NW Florida, Inc. and growing from the idea of wanting to secure the way people are protected with technology chosen for the customer by its quality not by what an equipment manufacture would give to "Corporate" for using their product we are now doing business as (dba) CTS across the Panhandle. We are growing rapidly off of positive referrals because of our original philosophy to treat our customers like they just stepped onto the red carpet. CTS is made up of a full staff of experienced technicians, customer care specialist, systems designers & technical support staff. The company is managed by our director of operations Kristi Kirkland and locally owned by Tim Melvin and Rodney Capps both of which can be found most of the time out in the field right along with the Technicians lending a hand when and where needed. They can still recall taking care of their first customers neither of them could stop grinning at how good it felt to be truly helping someone without worrying about answering to someone as to why they put in another motion because it was needed and only covering their cost instead of marking it up. Several years later and doubling our customers through word of mouth we are still proudly serving Bay County and loving every minute of it! CTS offers the most current technologies, on-line control of your system, home automation, and system integration, customized designs for residential or commercial security, fire, CCTV & door access systems. CTS strives to stay current with the latest technology for all aspects of the security alarm industry. Tim Melvin and crew are the utmost professionals: always prompt, well worth the prices they charge, and quick to return ANY phone call. We used CTS years ago to install a cctv camera system at our home. We were under contract with a big-box alarm monitoring service, so could not use CTS for alarm purposes. Exactly one week before the contact with said competitor expired, CTS was at my home installing a new system! Seriously...no matter how technologically savvy or not you may be, CTS makes what they do (and what you need to do to use and maintain it) almost dare-I-say "easy?" We've got family and pets to protect, and each of the guys we've dealt with at CTS have family and pets, too. They really understand.
PLUS: we have the ability to monitor our home via smartphone 24 hours a day. With a teenage son, that feature came in quite handy!
We would recommend CTS to anyone who just wants to be more protected and in-touch with the goings-on at their homestead. We plan on using them for commercial projects as well...will update on A.L. as soon as we do!
