After cleaning the carpeting it dried with very large brown spots in every room. They came back out to retreat the spots and told me every time they come out they have to come back. They fired me as a customer and said they would never come out to clean our carpet again because of its performance. Yes, it is white carpet. Yes, it was dirty; a reason to call a "professional" carpet cleaning company. (date is approximate)

Coastal Emergency Restoration Team was great. They have a good personality. They listen to what I had to say, where to clean and where not to clean. Their prices were reasonable.

There was one boy who left the sink on upstairs and flooded the stairs and they had to come back with big fans and stuff.

They did some really great work. They are removing some mold in my home and they do excellent work. They were able to solve problems that other companies just could not do.

They did a really good job.  I would recommend them to friends.

I had an emergency due to my dog's illness, so I called Coastal Carpets to get them out as soon as possible.  The woman that scheduled the appointment was amazing.  She totally understood my urgency and got someone out the next day.  I don't have exterior water available in my apartment, so they had to send a water truck.   The kid that came was polite and got in and out pretty quickly.  The only thing I noticed is that I had it done once before by the same company and the technician that came out the first time was much more thorough than the guy that came out the second time.   I would whole heartedly recommend Coastal Carpet Cleaning in the future.   I'd like to get the name of the first technician because I would be sure to request him in the future.

Went very well

They are great. We have a very large living room with 3 normal sized bedrooms. They were awesome. They made an appointment and were 5 minutes early. They also gave me a courtesy call for me to know that they were running ahead of schedule. The guy who came out took care of the carpets. There are some people who need to be followed and explained about things. However, he didn’t need that. He was also very friendly to my dog which I thought was really nice. He also had a treat for my dog. He did move my furniture and didn’t charge me for it. It wasn’t huge furniture and he was really good. I will use his services in the future too.

The two professionals who completed the job were very efficient and courteous. The carpet had a lemon fragrance when job was completed. They used a degreaser and a solvent which eliminated the stains from the high traffic areas. The job took approximately 30 minutes.

Coastal Elite has been called out to clean our carpets several times now, what impresses me the most is the way they stand behind their service. Our home is in a mini ranch and surrounded by dirt and animals, we purchased a very high quality white carpet. When Coastal Elite came out they left our carpets immaculate. On the second time we hired them the carpet was spotless when they left, over night some discoloration began happening so I called the office to complain, they sent the manager Dustin out. Not only did Dustin come out and look at the problem he cleaned everything at no charge refusing any tip. We had Coastal come out recently and the same thing happened again, Dustin came out 2 more times then he brought another highly experienced technician out for a second opinion. We contacted the carpet manufacture for advise, finally after a fourth visit at no charge the discoloration is gone and the carpet looks nearly new. I'm very impressed at how well they have stood behind their work, I'm also impressed that there are no games with the prices. When they are called they come out and do the job for the price the quoted, there is no sales pitch for pretreatment or dirty carpet they just do it and do a great job, at the end they charge only what was quoted.

Overall they did the job requested. However, I do remember the days when they would move bulky items, clean under them, and replace them with a wood block under the legs. Now days I was required to move everything myself and with a friend. So two 60 year old ladies moved the heavy bulky stuff so the young men could push and pull their steam wand. Oh services have sure changed over time.

The technician cleaned my rental house carpets (3 BR, 1 hallway, 1 living room) in approximately 45 minutes. He pre-treated with a special cleaner that really helped, since the rugs were particularly dirty. I asked him to go over a few more spots in the main traffic area inside the front door and he did so willingly. I was very pleased with both the cost and the service. When I set up the appointment I was told he would arrive between 10am and noon, but that it would be closer to 10am. On the scheduled day the tech called at about 9:45am to say that he was running behind and it would take him a little while to get there. Since he was only a few miles from my rental property I told him not to worry, since I was expecting him to arrive anywhere from 10-12. After he finished the service he presented me with a detailed receipt to sign and I gave him a check after writing my driver's license number on it.
