Chrystal Clean

I was living out of state for six months and needed my home cleaned prior to return. My 85 year old cousin was working on my behalf to meet with Chrystal and give her access to the house. She was late to their initial meeting and late again on the date of clean which he informed her was not acceptable. (He’s a business man with a full schedule which I informed her in more than one conversation). A courtesy phone call was not made by her either time. I had asked her to bring her credentials when meeting with my cousin and she failed to do that. All that was provided was her DL. A red flag raised but I decided to move forward giving her the benefit of the doubt because she was pre-approved through Angie’s list. A week later I returned home to find my home less than acceptable. It was a HIT OR MISS SPOT CLEAN AT MOST. The tile floors were filthy with dead silver fish and dust debris in corners and along baseboards.. The appliances were not wiped down and are covered with a thick film of dust. The toilet was not cleaned around the base and floor. The laundry room did not appear to be touched. The guest room was vacuumed only. Items were moved around but not dusted throughout the house. Ceiling fans were not cleaned.. and the list goes on. I’m truly amazed with the shoddy work preformed by someone who claims to need clientele.

she told me she would do all the cleaning and would have it done on the date set 4 day later she called me up yelling at me on the phone wanting to get paid though a money gram at walmart  ,she even had her dad call me , I feel for him ,,,what a ----- of----it she was to all of us.

excellent job. I have her clean on a monthly basis now.
