Brock has done an outstanding job! Emily, my provider, is good at what she does. I HATE bugs!!! She knows this and pays particular attention to those potential areas where bugs could enter. I can't say enough good things about her or Briock. Best choice by far!!!!! So glad I terminated a contract with a recognized national company.

Brock's came out and evaluated my lawn and started treatment in May of 2012. I noticed marginal results from the lawn treatment but continued using their service until approximately June of 2013 after observing few results. I believe Brock's is a good service but due to the poor health of my lawn I would have to re sod the lawn before a service like Brock's would be affective. In addition I did not have a irrigation system. This probably wasn't as big of a problem as I initially thought after receiving record amounts of rain in the Panama City area I still had marginal results from the lawn treatment.

Spoke with company on the phone let them know about what had happened with my yard and what my landscaping company had done or not done I should say....they immediately set up an appointment for me to meet someone and discuss what was going on....John showed up on the 28th of Sept. 2012 walked around the yard and did an inspection....it wasn't as bad as I had expected, explained that an irrigation system wasn't necessarily the answer because my yard is small and it can get over watered that way as well. I didn't have a bad fungus like anticipated...he immediately told me when to water and what not to do until I had my first service with them on Oct. 4th....he made me feel right at ease and gave me hope and said everything was going to be just fine...I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking....Need to have Fort Walton address come up on Angies list so that they get more leads from our area. Thank you for doing a great job!

They are friendly, they are on time. In case they cannot make it on time and if they are facing problems in being where they are supposed to be they will call and keep me updated on their arrival.

They gentleman that came out to set up everything suggested things that would be of better options as what we were thinking he stated it would be waste of money due to our yard. He was really good.

Entire setup, first treatment and service was A+. Since then they call before they come, and they come when they say they will be there OR they call if they will be late.
