The only reason I have one star is because I could not give zero stars and be able to write a review. This company put a cap on my chimney in July 2016. They had to install it twice because they didn't do it properly the first time. Last Friday the cap flew off of the chimney, taking a chunk out of my stucco, destroying my patio umbrella, but even more seriously I had been sitting on my patio 10 minutes earlier and the cap landed where I had been. I could have been seriously hurt or killed. When I called the company the female answering the phone was rude and refused to send someone out to at least cover the chimney because rain was in the forecast. She told me we would have to do it ourselves. It has been 5 days and there has been no return call by Mr. Barnes nor anyone out to repair the cap. They do shoddy work and do not value the customer at all. We will have to take them to court for the damages since they will not return calls or come fix work that was not properly done.
