Bob with West Florida was the most professional locksmith I have ever met. He takes a great deal of pride in his craft and went above and beyond expectations. He didn't just change the lock and install the new door handle set, but he also reinforced the door jam because it was too shallow and didn't catch easily. He also insisted on adding additional caulk so that it blended seamlessly with the door trim. We was also priced competitively with other locksmith that I had called that day. I will definitely call to schedule him to come back to the house to add more locks to my sliding glass door and windows. I can't say enough good things about him.

every time i call bob is right there he is vary fast to respond and always does an outstanding job!! just the other day we lost the keys to our shed and he was right there and ready to come out and get us in.

Bob was courteous and helpful on the phone.  He arrived within a half hour of my call.  He opened the door without any damage to my vehicle whatsoever.  I have nothing but praise for Bob and West Florida Locks and have no problem highly recommending them to anyone in need.

Bob really helped me out today when the keys to the store I work in in Carrollwood (33618) were locked in my office, along with all of my personal belongings. Bob was at the store within 10 min of me calling him. He was so professional, and probably one of the kindest people I've come into contact with, and when all of your things are locked in a room and you're upset having a person with a great attitude only makes things gets better. In a short amount of time he had the door open for me. The entire process was quick and convenient, and didn't actually cost me as much as I thought it was going to. I would highly recommend West Florida Locks for any locksmith needs you have!

Called Bob in the evening around 7pm, he was very nice even though I interrupted his dinner.  I got an appointment in a short amount of time.  He was early to the appointment was very pleasant and got the work quickly done and was on his way.  Two days later I realized I had forgotten a back door that needed to be rekeyed also.  Called Bob on a Sunday, again he was very pleasant and came out Monday and got the forgotten door done.

We were originally told that we had to get a new front door because our guy couldn't figure out how to change the locks.  Same locks from the 1980's!  Bob was amazing.  Both locks were changed and work perfectly.  Thank you again!

Bob was very prompt at returning my call and worked with my schedule to do the work the same day as my call. He arrived on time and determined that only the latch needed to be replaced and thus his honesty, saved us money from replacing the entire knob.

I was definitely skeptical at first too, because several days before I called a different company I randomly found online - and they gave me the run around, and showed up over an hour late, then tripled the quote they gave over the phone - so I didn't have them complete my service needless to say, and I changed the lock myself, but then lost the keys (ugh) - so I needed to get someone back out to get in the condo and have keys made again.  I found West Florida Locks listing on Angies List (noticed the "Home Lock Out service listing, which was just what I needed), and decided to give him a try since he had good ratings.
I will ALWAYS use this company from now on!!!  Super reasonable, punctual, professional, and fast!

Robert was professional, hard working and honest. He showed me step by step what was needed and why. He explained clearly and was upfront about the entire process. Although the rekey and install was complicated and frustrating, Robert did an awesome job, made sure he didn't overcharge me when my door was difficult. He was fair, honest and professional.
