My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Rick's work. He's doesn't cut corners and gave us more than we asked for. Examples: Our irrigation system had to be relocated to allow for the new addition. In addition to relocating sprinkler heads, Rick was kind enough to replace some heads that were not working properly. Part of our addition called for replacing sliding glass doors and a dining room window, each with a set of French doors. The doors were high quality with double-pane glass. We were expecting single-pane. Part of our addition called for installation of 2 ceiling fans and 2 outdoor motion-sensor lights. I bought 3 outdoor motion-sensor lights to match up an existing light on the side of our home. Rick's workers were kind enough to install the third light without charge. Rick has long-term working relationships with his sub-contractors and they respect his reputation for high quality craftsmanship and perform accordingly. Rick doesn't cut corners and uses above average materials. His attention for detail is high and he listens to the customer and tries to accomodate him/her in any way possible. He also allows 30 minutes at the end of each workday for cleanup. This was important to us as well as our neighbors. Rick was to be paid in 3 installments. The first was not due until the irrigation system was relocated and the slabs were poured and the concrete block was completed and the lintels poured. He never asked for his payments. We practically had to remind him they when they were due! We are considering renovating our kitchen in the not-to-distant future. Rick will be the first contractor we consider for the job.
