Villas At Deer Park

In a word >> HORRIBLE.  The apartments are villas, each with a small back yard.  Each has next door neighbor and their yard.  Many residents have dogs and they use the backyards as open sewers for the dogs.  Many don't pickup after the dogs and the smell is atrocious.
  At night, there's roving gangs of drunk teenagers.  Daytime a million kids (age 5-10) and very noisy.  Good luck trying to contact the office staffers.  You call you get a machine that says they're out.  You walk over there and they're sitting right there watching TV.
  On the south side of the complex is a neighboring complex (Campus Lodge), which holds pool parties, and you have to hear it to believe how much noise it is.  On the north side of the complex is a large pasture, which sometimes has sheep and goats.  These animals can be dangerous, and the Villas fence is only about 3 feet tall.  The anomals can easily jump into your backyard and attack you.  The male sheep (AKA "Rams) have huge horns and can weigh as much as 300 pounds.  They are powerful and a Google check I did says, in the breeding season, they will attack anything that moves (other than a female of their own species).
  The billy goats have big horns too (about 15" long), both males and females. Some of them seem to be ornery and they horns are like bayonets.    My neighbor and me were attacked by one of them, and lucky for us, he got caught in the wire fencing, before reaching us.  I even have a video of it.
  There also were times when these animals died, or were killed by the people over there, and their carcasses just laid there for days, with vultures feeding on them.  The bacteria from that spread to our side of the fence when the vultures flew over and perched in the trees above us, and on our roofs.
    There are black widow spiders all over the place.  The backyards are full of them, and they are dangerous, especially to small kids and pets.  They make webs in the legs of your yard chairs, and you can't see the webs.  They're almost invisible.
    Most apartments don't have shade for you car parking places.  Although I didn't have AC problems, some neighbors did and they said the maintenance guys would come and fix, but 3 days later it would crash again.  The complex refused to replace the bad AC units.  Some people went whole summerw without AC, when I was there.
   Ants (inside the apartment) are a chronic problem. Even the manager admitted that everybody has got them. It was a never-ending battle.  Dumpsters sometimes smell terribly bad.  When I asked  "why don't you just throw some disinfectant powder in there", I was brushed off.   I've been told also that some residents had bad mold problems, and awful carpets, and got no help from the management.
  When I moved out, I was billed for something (I don't know what) but the complex really OWED ME for a fence I had to put up in my back yard, and a few other things.  They also reported me to all 3 credit bureaus.  If I had more money, I would sue them.
