Verizon Fios Lutz

On the back end, it was ok to solve issues. Once I got to a human it was fine, but getting to a human was trouble. Their website is awful. If you put a monkey to work trying to create a website and not user friendly, you would get the Verizon website. It was much more difficult to get a hold of someone to solve the problems. I do not want to sit on hold for 10 minutes listening to everything I could do online to fix it when internet is my problem, that is ridiculous. The people were always good with Verizon, very competent.  They really got me angry. They ended up auto pay without telling me. They actually didn't tell me I did not pay my bill to I was looking over my check book and noticed no debit. I asked them when and they said oh in January and I was like why when it has been working for 6 years. There was no explanation. It took me 3 calls and 2.5 hours that they could not reestablish my auto pay and no one told me about the transition April 1st. The two on the phone payment attempts; one the payment didn't take and instead of telling me it didn't work on their end they said my bank refused it.  I asked my bank why they declined the charge and they said what charge.
