When I could not find a florist on Angie's List that delivered to Lutz, I looked at reviews on the internet. I compared arrangements and prices, and Tiger Lilli's had the same arrangements as other sites, but were more reasonable, and there online reviews were positive. The delivery charge was similar to others I researched. I decided on a plant arrangement with pink flowers to honor her mother-in-law. Besides being the only ones to deliver to the desired location, they provided a beautiful arrangement. It was fuller than the one pictured online, and my colleague was very grateful. They do have a limited delivery area, but if you need it delivered to the Lutz, New Tampa, or Wesley Chapel area, I would choose them. I hope they add Northdale to their future delivery area.
