I gave a great deal of thought before deciding to write this review. In almost 10 years of home ownership, I have had a variety of projects done, varying from small to large, and I have never dealt with such poor work and have never had to resort to leaving an online review before. This is, in fact, the first negative review I have ever written for any company or service. However, my fiance left a review and was assured someone would be in touch - no one reached out - and I called between 8-10 times and left 3+ messages to try and rectify the situation, and only ever heard back once from the woman in charge of the office, who assured me Chip would call, and he apparently could not be bothered. So this seems to be my only option. The work done on our home was terrible. There is really no better or more clear way to state that. It did not look that great when it was first done, but after giving it almost 6 months, the best any plant looks now is not really dead . They came back to replace dead and dying plants 4 times, which I will give credit for, but after a certain point, we were no longer interested in having to constantly follow up for months, especially when any solutions they have provided have just lead to further terrible landscaping. The point in hiring professionals was to have the job done and taken care of, not to have to constantly follow up and be disappointed yet again. It makes me ill to think of the thousands we spent on this, which drained the last of our savings for our home projects, only to see it wasted on a job that was far from professional. I think there is a chance that they are capable of handling smaller scale projects, and maybe they just can not do larger jobs - taking them on so as not to lose work, but wildly out of their range. I have included pictures to detail our experience. This was after following every directive given to us and spending a great deal of time caring for the plants. We have now gotten to the point where we will have to spend a great deal of additional money either replacing the landscaping ourselves or hiring a more reputable company. It has been an upsetting and disappointing experience overall, and I hope that anyone considering them either stays away or goes with another company entirely. I would never, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone. They also obviously are completely avoidant to customers who are displeased, because again, despite me reaching out around 10 times to try to resolve this, I was entirely ignored. Please, please, save your money and go with almost any other company. It is also very interesting that most of the positive reviews seem to come from personal friends, and clearly donâ t seem based on experience.

They were on time and did a thorough and professional job, and they cleaned up before leaving. An irrigation pipe was accidentally broken, but they came back promptly on notification and made all the necessary repairs.
