Description of Work: I needed handkerchiefs from my great-grandmother cleaned. They came out looking as good as new. I also needed some complex work on a dress. It was out of their expertise to do what I needed. They kindly gave me a name of a wonderful seamstress in the area. She was also wonderful. Believe it or not, after only spending $4.25, I received a thank you card in the mail from them. It just doesn't get any better than that.

 + 0 moreThe jacket was cleaned just fine and earlier than promised. They charged us $91 to have the sofa cushions "ionized" to remove the cigarette smoke odor. It has been one week since we picked up the cushions and the cigarette smoke odor is noticeable again. We have not yet contacted Sunset to see if they can redo the process or refund.
Description of Work: Had stains removed from one suede jacket and had them try to remove cigarette smoke odor from leather sofa cushions.

 + -1 moreMy clothes were always cleaned and pressed properly. In the years Sunset cleaned my clothes, I was never disappointed! I moved away from their service area. The dry cleaners near my new home just aren't as good. For a working professional, the delivery service was a real plus!
Description of Work: Sunset Cleaners picked up and delivered my dry cleaning from my home. I wear suits and such to work, so I have a LOT of dry cleaning every week.
