Moving
Was not a good experience. They do not communicate with you once they have your things. I was told my things would arrive on 3/28 or 3/29, they never called or showed up. Cancelled because of truck issues, and then proceeded to charge me an additional 450.00 because they said they couldn't get the truck on my street. Normally, they do not allow trucks to pass through, HOWEVER, they DO ALLOW MOVING TRUCKS TO DELIVER . The State Police were notified and said yes they were allowed to come, and to call when they arrived. The driver refused. The manager Ron even had the nerve to tell me that the company did not make any money off of my move. Also , they lie and say they are not brokered, they are. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
