I rate it a C+ experience. The work is competent. I have good storm protection. Davidson had a pleasant demeanor and was thorough. My problem: the project scope, the hours billed, and customer responsiveness. After this, I will require a signed estimate of time and money for a project. Anything over will be renegotiated. I was billed 10.5 hours at $45/hour, even though I made it clear I could only afford 8 hours (I offered more than once to help). I paid cash to get a discount and received no contract. Customer communication seemed difficult at times. I told him I would be putting the boards up myself. His solution for covering the sliding glass door makes that impossible. I will be redoing that work. He later offered to come back out. But after investigating his background and his partner in public records, and finding an IRS lien on a former Tampa business for unpaid taxes, I prefer not to engage him again. He also shoved work refuse behind all the boards in the storage area.
