+ -1 moreAfter doing two jobs well, the contractor said he could do this job and wanted to do it. Since the first week in August, he has failed to show up for several appointments. He told me on the phone last night that he would definitely be here this morning. I let him know that this was my last try. This is 8-23-06, and this morning he again failed to show up.
Description of Work: They set up a border of paving stones alongside a parking area.
