Hello, my name is Derek and I am the Owner and Operator of Pro Clean Pools. There are no contracts and I offer FREE ESTIMATES. I pride myself on offering the best pool service at affordable pricing. I was previously a service manager for one of the largest pool companies in the state of Florida. I make sure everyone that I have a chance to provide my services to are always happy. Derek spent a lot of time testing for leaks throughout the skimmer and around the perimeter of the pool, but did not find any leaks.  He recommended doing a bucket test and if the results still appeared that the pool is leaking to contact another company that could further investigate the issue with more equipment. He even gave me a recommendation to this other company. For all the time he spent trying to determine the problem, he did not charge me at all since he couldn't find a leak.  Derek is awesome!  I will definitely contact him for any pool issues that I may have in the future and highly recommend him. He is so honest and upfront which is something hard to come by these days.  Thank you Derek for coming by and helping me out!  I totally appreciate everything you have done for me.

I was unhappy with my previous pool service so I researched on Angie's list and found Pro Clean Pools. Derek came out and gave me an estimate which was about the same as my previous service and gave me a clear explanation of what was included and how he conducts his business. I hired him. He came out the next week to perform the weekly service and wow, what a difference. The pool is clean and sparkling. He left a list of services performed and some additional comments/recommendations so I knew he had been there and what he had done.

Derek is very professional and does a great job for a fair price. I don't think you can go wrong hiring him to take care of your pool.

Derek was great!  We talked for a bit on the phone and I described the situation.  We scheduled a time for him to come to my home and arrived right on time.  He checked the motor and another potential problem I was having and determined that the motot didn't need replacement and was working fine.  Some sand had apparently gotten into the motor and was making the noise but the fan had expelled the sand and the problem resolved itself.  He is honest, sincere and so nice and I will hire him in a heartbeat if something does go wrong with my pool filtering system.  Thank you Derek!  I was a pleasure meeting you!

Derek of Pro Clean Pools is an excellent choice for pool maintenance needs.  After comparing several, we found that Derek was not only one of the more reasonably priced services but is willing to teach you how to maintain/clean your own pool.  Furthermore, he's pointed out various minor issues with our equipment and offered to repair it at minimal cost or he would let us know what we needed if we wanted to do it on our own.  Bottom line, Derek is a stand-up guy and very trustworthy in my opinion.  I'll be pretty blunt and say that some pool maintenance technicians don't give you the warm and fuzzy but Derek has all our confidence that he's not out to "get you." I've already recommended him to our new neighbor and we are extremely happy with his services.

The reason for this is due to the fact that your pool is around 50K gallons of water. A standard pool is 10K - 15K gallons of water. This company has been an absolute delight to work with. I bought a short-sale house with a large pool a couple of years ago. The pool required a LOT of work to clean up and get running. I had never owned a pool before and had no experience with maintenance and upkeep, much less repairs. I went through a number of larger franchises only to end up disappointed time and time again. The big companies were far more concerned with making sure I signed up for extended contracts than making sure I understood and was satisfied with the service I was provided. My experience with Pro Clean has been exactly the opposite.
Derek came out to give me an estimate, heard my specific concerns and complaints about previous providers, and has worked hard to set himself from the cookie cutter-type services I was offered by other companies ever since. He has taken the time to patiently educate me about my pool, shows up reliably week after week to provide me with top-notch service, and has been able to help point me towards other reputable contractors in the area when he's seen that I've needed more extensive repairs. I've been very busy with work for the last year, so having a knowledgeable and reliable service provider has been really helpful in recognizing and catching minor issues before they become major ones.
And the best part? Even though I've only seen Derek three times in the last 18 months (like I said, VERY busy at work), he's done a great job of communicating with me via his detailed written reports at every visit. Now I can just enjoy my pool, and isn't that the whole point of having one? This is one check I have no qualms about writing every month. I highly recommend this company without reservation. Not only will you be satisfied, you'll be delighted!

Derek arrived on time to give us an estimate for weekly pool service. We were given 3 service choices, depending on amount of service provided, from chemicals only to complete service which involves, vacuum,skimming, brushing tiles. He is knowledgeable about the pool pumps and thorough in his service which always includes a regular cleaning of filters no matter which service you choose. He is very flexible and always willing to do everything he can to serve and please his customers. He is fair, honest and told us to expect him at a specific day and time so that we know exactly when he is expected to arrive. He also will contact us if he needs to reschedule for any reason. I really like his consideration for his customers!

We have been using Derek for our pool maintenance since we moved to the area last year. He is very professional and knowledgeable about pools, pumps, motors, etc.. He always goes beyond the call of duty to insure we are happy. He has good ideas to save money and offers to research issues for us. We had a lot of problems with our pool and spa when we first moved in and he was very helpful in fixing the issues. We use him for weekly maintenance and are very satisfied. We highly recommend his services.

It's been so far so good. They come every Tuesdays and the person from the company has been out here for about a month. If I have any pool related problems he can repair it and if not he can refer. He is very flexible. It's $95 per month.

In the process he has helped me learn how to work my equipment -- as I have never had a pool before. He is great, and a very kind guy. My kids are yapping at him constantly while he is here and he takes it all in stride. Awesome guy. Trust him completely.
