Horrible.. Jerry P. The owner has a lack of basic customer service experience and it shows. I suggest staying away from this company!!!

We like Pool Medic. They have done very well by us. They come out weekly and they come out when we call them for a problem. I have no idea what we pay them. We've been through a lot of pool services, we have been through ALOT of pool services and this one has managed to last. I would say my husbands pretty pleased with them. They seem to be a good job maintaining the pool, so we have no reason to complain. We have been through a lot of pool services. I have very little patience with poor service, very, very little patience.

They're very good. Their prices are A+ because they are lower than a lot of the competitors around here. They seem to know what they're talking about and they're very familiar with the pool. I had a few co-workers who use them and they're probably the ones that suggested them to us. Their prices are very reasonable.
