Eric Frantz did all the paper work and worked in our behalf to nail down the sale at a price we could accept during our new retirement from Ohio. He also set up the closing and all the inspections along with the association cost and rules and regulations associated with the property in the 55 and over community. He was able to perform a remote closing and able to sign papers via the internet with his new program.
