Great...she really knows what she's doing! Machine runs like new.

Shelley is very professional and friendly. I'm out of her area so had to bring the machine to her, but it was no problem. She examined it the next day and told me what had to be done. I agreed. The machine was ready for pick up a couple of days later. She fixed the two original problems and a third that came up along the way (replaced a belt). She cleaned the machine and it looks like brand new. I'm very happy.

I am so pleased with the expert repairs and service. O'Brien Sewing is the only professional I want to service my machines.They work on all models and I have recommended them to a friend who inherited her grandmother's treadle machine. Unbelievable - Its like brand new!

They were very nice and accommodating. They came to my house to repair my sewing machine. Turns out that the motor was "frozen" up since it had not been used in almost 10 years. She had to take it back to her shop, but made plans to return it at a time convenient to both of us. It works beautifully now and she even took the time to re-teach me some of the tips of sewing that I had forgotten over the years.

Shelly came to my house and repaired my machine. I knew about one problem I was having... which her competitor could not fix. She came and fixed it in short order! She also found other problems and fixed them. She methodically went through the machine and checked everything. She even spent some time with me and showed me some features my machine had and how to use them. I will never use anyone else as long as they are in business. What a value!
