Hired this company to install an aluminum fence in our house in Lutz. They messed up with our irrigation system and sprinklers during the installation. Some sprinklers were removed and installed back incorrectly by them, either behind the fence line or with the sprinkler head like 3-4 inches off the ground. Took pictures and shared the issues with them. They (Melody - sales, Scott - owner) did not care, neither provide a resolution. They will say is your problem and push towards you. But the worse is customer service quality: when you reach out politely to report a problem done during installation and they respond aggressively treating you as garbage saying is not their problem at all, they don't deserve the trust and business from your family. Be warned! PS: we had to spend additional money and fix the sprinklers ourselves.

I installed Aluminum fence / gate through New Tampa just this beginning of Sep 2024. The gate is already breaking. Cannot believe it is this flimsy. Not only that, Scott refuses to fix it without extra payment and tells me it is not something that can be fixed under warranty as he thinks it is hurricane damage with something hitting the fence. Regardless, these folks don't stand behind their product. Very unfortunate and I am sorry I did business with them.

Scott and his team installed a fence for me. They were really great to work with, honest and good communication. The price on the quote was completely accurate (did not change after installation). When I called the office to follow up on the quote and to schedule the appt., they was a lot of confusion about how I received the it and who gave me the quote. I was told that it would be months before they could get to it as my job was small and they had bigger jobs. Went with another company that was very prompt and professional.

I only have one install crew that is working 6 days a week on full installs and I can not afford to have them do repairs or smaller fence jobs under 75'. We are booked right now all the way through November and do not have an opening for installs till the first of December. I am working on trying to find another crew but at this time we just do not have the man power. Fence installation is a skilled trade and very hard to find people that know what they are doing. I tried calling their phone listed on angies list and I heard some one on the other side say **** its an angie list call. Very unprofessional

Scott is the owner with his father Frank at times providing quotes. They were responsive throughout the process, even when there was going to be slight delays. The tear down and installation took almost 4 days, however the finished product turned out great. There were some minor issues post install which Scott personally corrected. Very impressed and would absolutely recommend

New Tampa Fence Company did a tremendous job installing a vinyl fence at a property I had recently purchased. Frank Gilligan (Owner Scott’s father) came out initially and did a great job describing the company’s various products. He highlighted the key differences in materials and quality of workmanship between New Tampa Fence and their competitors. I was practically sold then but I did my due diligence of getting two more estimates. In the end, New Tampa wasn’t the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. I selecting New Tampa Fence because of other reviews I had read, their warranty on materials and labor, and Frank just did a great job explaining everything! Scott Gilligan came out the day installation began and I must say that he, like his dad, was very professional and personable; very likable! He explained it would probably take 3-4 days for installation of the 570 feet of fencing, one 10-foot gate, and one 5-foot gate. His crew was already busy marking the property line and placing the materials where they would need to go. To my surprise and delight they finished the job in a little less than two days! I could not be happier with the fence! The quality is unmatched, it provides security, and adds market value to my property. I am so happy that I decided to go with New Tampa Fence. And you will be too!

We contacted several companies in Tampa and surrounding area  and chose New Tampa Fence as they were by far the most  professional and answered and returned calls in timely manner. We were very pleased with our choice, as they were prompt, took care of getting permit from city, and made process as simple as possible, job done in less than a day- and right the first time. They provided a quality product with quality, professional service. They were efficient in getting the work done and there were no changes to the quote. We would not hesitate recommending to anyone, and would definitely use again in the future.

Everything went well.  The only hitch was that they were a few hours late.  They weren't able to get the fence completely installed so they came by the next day to finish up.  They left everything in good condition and cleaned up after themselves.  The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we contacted.  They used top grade product and a full bag of cement for each post they put in the ground.  They were professional and explained everything they were going to do.  It was nice that they worked directly with our HOA to get the fence approved for installation.

They were attentive and professional, solving a couple of other unexpected issues at the same time as the installation.

I called and spoke with him on the phone and we met at my house within a week. Gave me an extimate (better price than the guy who was doing the fencing for this neighborhood), and I felt safe accepting him for the job. He is very professional and trustworthy and being new in town, this was very important. Would recommend.

It was EXCELLENT service, from beginning to end. Frank came out to measure the area right away. He is a really nice man. He measured twice, and took notes. Within a day or two I had an email from Scott. He gave me a very reasonable quote. Within a couple of days, Scott and Tim came out and put up the fence!!! It took less than half a day. Scott and Tim were really friendly, and knew what they were doing. They listened to my concerns, and addressed them. I am delighted with their service and the new fence.

Great job.  My parents are very happy.  Scott had to remove a lot of roots from in the ground to place the posts.  Hard worker.  Does not complain.  Did what my parent's requested. Placed the vinyl right behind the chain link as per their directions.  Courteous. Responded to my emails in a timely manner.

They came out to take measurements to give me a quote on Aug 3, 2015.  Was told that they would get back to me with a quote in a few days.  It is now Friday and I sent them a message in the morning asking if they had the quote.  I know it is a small job, however in the next year or so I will probably have to have the entire back side of the yard done which would be up to 100 feet.  However it seems the small job is too small so I will be contacting someone else.
