He came out and we had a plan. He said that we needed a wireless alarm. I really enjoy it and I have a knob that I can turn it on or off from outside. I have 24/7 monitoring and weeks ago one of the sensors went out, I called him and he came out within 24 hours. The box on one of the windows had shifted and he readjusted and now it works fine. He stands behind his work. It is a small company. Don Lawrence is the owner and I have been happy with his work. He showed me how to use it and it also, has a panic box. The monthly cost is $40 and I am getting a break on my homeowners insurance. The sense of security is worth it.
