There are two offices, one in Odessa and one here in Wesley Chapel.  I had an argument with one office.  The one in Odessa does two of the services and the one here close to me just does the lawn pest control. The one in Odessa told me that since they do my lawn service, they're supposed to give me free irrigation inspection once a year, but when I called the company office that did it, they want to say that's not true, and I went off because I know that woman didn't know what she was talking about.  She wanted to try to sell me on getting the program which is $69 quarterly to have your irrigation checked to be on the program, and I told her that's not what I'm looking for.  I want the free inspection once a year, and if it's  something wrong, for them to fix it, and that's it.  I don't want to be on a quarterly inspection of my irrigation.  That's not necessary.  They did the free inspection and they did fix four irrigation heads.  They're always good.  I told them to just come annually, as they're supposed to do.  I started using Massey for the pest control probably about 8 or 9 years ago, but the lawn service probably 4 years ago but I never had them to do irrigation.  One of the technicians died last year, and he was excellent.  They've been having these new people and they're not as good as the person that died.  While he was my technician, I never had any problems.  I never had to call him back to do anything.  In between those weeks if you notice something, you can call back and there's no extra charge, if you notice that you've got fire ants.  Because that happens in Florida.  They can treat something one week and the next week you may have bugs that have come in, so you do have to be vigilant inspecting the property here.

Massey Services Pest & Termite are very prompt, very conscientious of not tracking anything into the house, and very professional. They do a really good job spraying all the nooks and crannies in the whole house, the chemical they use is pet safe, and they clean the webs off the house when they spray outside.
