They are extremely proactive, provide terrific guidance, will customize as needed and keep their customers informed all along the way. The architecture and planning really was the key to ensuring the home design met our needs. Full sets of plans are issued and the homeowner is encouraged to be involved, visit the site and provide feedback along the way. Lyons Heritage uses excellent subcontractors, especially for cabinetry, framing, sound/low voltage, pool and hardscape. They use quality manufacturers for all materials. All aspects of move-in construction are provided. This company works with the homeowner on unexpected situations that arise in all construction and they are fair in determining financial responsibility for changes and adjustments. The home comes with a 10 year warranty and the company stays with the homeowner well after closing without the traditional problems associated with builders after closing. As long as I am alive and living in Florida, I will be living in an Arthur Rutenberg Home. There are few builders that can compare to the quality and service provided by this company.
