They are very kind to the pets. They relate well to them.

Two reasons I am not going back: 1. Lack of professionalism. Dr. Joy questioned me about wanting to make sure our puppy was "up to date" with her vaccines, no one introduced themselves and the technician spoke poorly of my previous Vet, who had to close her clinic. 2. Up keep. The place smelled like a urinal, there were dead flies on the window sill and from the outside it looks as though the place is closed.

Our dog was itching and scratching a lot and we decided to take her to the Lutz Animal Hospital for examination as it was much closer than the vet that we had been using before we moved to Pasco county. The doctor found that the pet had an allergy and a small ear infection. The doctor provided an allergy shot and some medicine for us to continue to give the dog after we got home. We were able to get in the same day we called and at a time convenient for us. We were met and treated punctually. The pet responded quickly to the shot and medicine so the doctor's diagnosis was correct. I think the cost for the exam and treatment was very reasonable. These pets are like our children and most of us would pay almost any price to have them treated when needed.

I go to them for basic care and they are excellent. I recommend them to people for basic care. They don't do surgeries. Their price is excellent. There's boarding, but I would never board by pets there again. I would advise people not to board their pets there. They have limited services, but the quality is high for those services. I would use them again in the future for basic services. I always recommend them to friends and acquaintances that are in their 20's and they are very happy with them.
