LMC Pro Services, LLC
About us
For homeowners specifically, we offer representation to those wanting to remodel, redesign or add on to their home. Basically, we will consult with the homeowner on what they'd like to do with their home or space and then act as their representative to get the job done. By providing this service, it allows the homeowner to only ever having to speak to one company during the entire process of their project. We will take on the communication factor between homeowner and contractor and make sure all plans and contracts are in order so the homeowner doesn't have to. We do offer business to business management or consulting to small businesses that are having a hard time getting their feet up off the ground. At times, business owners will contract with other businesses or homeowners and always find themselves in a situation to where either things do not go right or they never make enough money on the project they've taken on. We offer to provide consultations throughout any process of any project to ensure every aspect of your contract is looked at. Whether it is onsite with subcontractors or in the office with partners/employees. We can help give guidance on what can be done differently to have a different and positive outcome.
