Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Terrible outcome, I am so upset and frustrated. They did refund my resizing cost but I wanted them to return my ring to it's original condition instead. They were unwilling to work with me in this regard and claimed they did nothing wrong and that my appraisal was not proof of my ring's condition when I brought it in. What I learned? Take pictures of your jewelry (all sides) when dropping it off for repair. Make sure your photo proves that you are in that store.
