+ -1 more.Kory arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very neat with all his equipment, hoses etc. He worked quickly but was very thorough in every step. He is extremely polite and professional and I will certainly use him again!

+ 0 moreExcellent. The green mildew along the walkway from the driveway to the front door had turned BLACK. There were black mildew streaks covering most of the driveway. Mildew was evident on the northside of the roof, and parts of the west side partially shaded by trees. I was expecting one of those despised letters from GreenAcre Properties any day. I beat them to the punch. I had Kory Finley's business card, made the call, scheduled the service, and all is well! After the cleaning, it was apparent that the roof had much more discoloration than I had noticed. The driveway and sidewalk look as if the concrete was recently poured! This service provider is 1). professional 2). responsive 3). charges a fair price, and 4) does a great job. Don't hesitate to use this service provider. If you call and no one answers, leave a message. You can expect your call to be promptly returned.
Description of Work: Powerwashing to remove mildew from the driveway and walkway to the front door, and also the entire roof.

Description of Work: I have used K&J Pressure Cleaning multiple times. The latest time, I had them clean my vinyl siding of my two story house, the wrap around porch, pool deck, and drive way.
