I recently used Just Palms to help me with the removal of three palm trees and two oak trees from my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. From start to finish, the team at Just Palms was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When I first reached out to them for a quote, they were able to provide me with a clear and detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. They also took the time to explain the process to me and answer any questions that I had. On the day of the removal, the team arrived promptly and got right to work. They were very efficient and were able to remove all of the trees without any issues. They also took care to ensure that my property was left clean and tidy once the work was completed. One of the things that I appreciated most about working with Just Palms was the fact that they were able to recycle the tree waste. They brought a chipper with them and were able to turn the tree trunks and branches into mulch that I could use in my garden. Overall, I would highly recommend Just Palms to anyone who needs help with tree removal. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they provided a high level of service from start to finish. Responsive in communications, arrived when schedule, performed good work and cleaned up well.

The business name needs to be changed to "Just Palms and Bushes", as they trim both. I needed both trimmed and almost did not call due to the business name (Just Palms). The owner, Chris Tillman, was responsive in communications and arrived at the scheduled time. He and his brother Kevin performed the work, which was exceptional. They cleaned up well and hauled away the debris.

sent text to their number with no response for almost a week, then when finally did get response got real snippy about me asking about the price. Did not have them do the work because of the jerk attitude, not the money. when a service is offered for payment, the business owner shouldn't act like they're doing a favor for the paying customer. the attitude after mentioning the previous payment: "what can I say, when we're the best we simply can't get everyone. $25/tree is dirt bag tree pricing, that's why you chase someone every year to do your trees." no answer to text and then getting condescended to, but he was right, have to chase guys because they operate different than other home businesses that actually want the work.

Another perfect visit by a great service provider. Sent Chris a text saying I needed him back to eliminate this season's batch of palm fruit (my dogs eat them when they drop and get tummy aches) and general trim. He gave me the date when he'd be here. We scheduled it, and he arrived right on time, after texting me he was on his way. The work was fast, friendly, efficient, with excellent clean-up and a fair price. There was a lot of work and a lot of fruit bunches to trim, including over a fence over my neighbor's yard. Would definitely recommend and use again.

As usual Mr. Tillman was punctual and went to work right away. He and his staff made quick work of the loose, falling and dead palms and trimmed neatly around the house/roof perimeter. His work is outstanding, to put it simply. I strongly recommend his services, if you want it done right, priced more than fairly and service with a smile.

Chris does a good job with the trimming services, however communication is an area that could use improvement. We've used him previously and things went very well. But this time around, almost all the communication came from me reaching out to him to find out an update on when he'd be out (got rescheduled twice). Even once the service was done, I had to text to ask for an invoice to pay him; still haven't gotten one, but ended up sending a check anyway. In my opinion, too much effort was left on me as the customer.

I have 9 very tall queen palm trees. They are approx 20-25 ft tall. I have used Just Palms several times over the past 3-4 years. He has always done a great job.
