The company refused to do a roof inspection because I had mistakenly called another company with the same name and they had arrived. The person from this company was rude over the phone and seemed to have an attitude. I would not recommend this company because it is not reliable and has poor customer service.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job repairing some siding on our house. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain what was causing our issue in the first place. I would most definitely call him again if we have any other siding or roofing issues or projects.

Joe Pero and his carpenter Wayne do really top quality work at reasonable prices. The big part of the project was removing a support beam from our lanai to open up the view of our newly renovated pool and deck. He also installed a new wood ceiling in the lanai that has drawn complements from everyone who have seen it.

Extraordinary good. He can look at something and know what is wrong with it. Very knowledgeable. He installed a waterproof walkout sundeck. He was the only person I could find to do this type of work. He also waterproofed a second floor balcony that was leaking and causing water damage.
