Description of Work: Walked into their office , They gave us an agent who helped us buy a house.

Description of Work: I just closed on the purchase of a home in Land O' Lakes and worked with one of the buyer's agents, Cheryl Tate. I was an out of town buyer, but familiar with the area. I knew of this office from having previously lived in the area. Cheryl was able to initially talk with me over the phone about certain listings and set up a number of appointments over a weekend. Initially, I had no intent on making an offer right away and she was ok showing me properties knowing that. There was no pressure at all. However, I did end up making an offer, which ultimately got accepted. The seller was not that helpful with information on utilites, so she researched all of it on her own and passed the information along to me. We're also trying to arrange for painting to be done in the interior of the home (which would be much easier in an empty house) before we move down and Cheryl was more than willing to meet with them at the house for estimate purposes. Oh, and she pretty much saved me $1,000 by noticing that the title company did not credit me my initial deposit on the HUD, which I didn't even think to look for. This is the fourth property I've purchased and they really went above and beyond from a client service standpoint and really know their stuff. I've referred my parents to them who have an accepted offer on a home as well.
