Walked into their office , They gave us an agent who helped us buy a house. The agent was helpful but it really surprised me that after the sale the office did not contact us to thank us for doing business.. not a card in the mail , not a call. You would think for the amount of money we spent with them the least we would get is a thank you !
Update:
A friend of mine communicated with the company and they
appear to have had a staff change that caused them to lose track of our
info . The owner called me a couple of times and they seem to have had
some kind of miscommunication. We are all good now .

It really went great. She's been in the business for a while, and it shows. Very resourceful in helping clients with not just the transactional piece, but helping with your overall transistion to the new property as well.
