Horrible just horrible, I would not recommend them to anybody it took a month to complete the install. I've called several times, no answer. Whenever they called back it was always excuses after excuses. The install was horrible I had to call to have them redo what I wanted.

Joseph was very punctual in providing the estimates and spent the extra time explaining all of the procedure to my wife on the 1st visit. He was very professional and even though we had a $100.00 better offer for the same work from another Angie's List fencing company, we chose Jennex as my wife felt he was fair and professional.
They came right on time for the date set to install fence. The one side went pretty good but the gate became a problem. One of the workers hit my sprinkler system when digging for the post and was not able to repair. He spent most of the day trying but could not get the repair completed. He said he might return the next day (July 4th) but he did not. Was not a promise but a may so we did not think that was bad.
Saturday they did not show either as they had another job they needed to finish(still had not completed my job?)
When they did come back , Joseph was with his worker. He decided that he could not do the repair on the sprinkler system ( it is hooked to the re-claimed water). Joseph asked my wife if she knew any one that could do the repairs.
She provided Ezequiel from Fast Lawn Care (another A rated Angie's List provider) Ezquiel was at my home within 20 mins and completed the repair. He charged a fair price BUT Joseph required my wife to cover 1/2 of the cost.
I thought that as his worker hit the system and was the one that made the problem that they should NOT have looked to us for additional money.
All else went fine and I would hire again.

The slabs continue to split and the fence is not correctly nailed. My neighbor was going to paint her side of the fence but the company would not based on the stability of the fence. There has been an issue with communication ever since, as I cannot reach the company and they have not returned my calls. I have left multiple voicemails and sent emails and still have not heard back.

"Please understand that wood has natural characteristics that is outside of our control. Your fence was built correctly and is strong and sturdy. You are experiencing natural defects of wood sinking, warping, curling, this is a natural when wood is drying under direct sunlight. We will be happy to correct only bad boards and re nail the entire fence once more."

From thhe beginning when we met Joseph we were very impressed. He is very professional and a joy to work with. He completed a quote for us that included all the info we needed to get the work approved by our homeowner's association. The quote was better than the four other companies that we contacted and he was by far the most professional of the bunch. The day they were due out, they were here on time, they did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and it was done! I would recommend this company to anyone! Don't hesitate to use them for any reason. They did a fantastic job!!!

Everything went well I was at work but they kept my wife informed of everything that was going on outside. Very courteous and clean work Mr. Jenner Returned later in the evening to inspect and do a walk thru with me. Everything in good shape . Again I will recommend his company .

I first called one of your other top-rated fencing companies and they said that they really didn't want to deal with this small repair job. But if I wanted them to do it, the quoted cost would be an amount that was obviously ridiculously high.
After checking Angie's List again, I called Jennex Fence. Joseph Jennex was very happy to come look at the job. He came and looked at the fence, thoroughly explained what would be involved in completing the job, and gave an estimated timeline for completion of the job.
When he returned to complete the work, he did an excellent job fixing things as promised and also cleaning up and leaving our yard as he had found it. The corner post matches perfectly. The gate proved to be a bit of a challenge to stabilize due to it's size (4' wide). However, Joseph took the time to get it right and we definitely appreciate his extra effort everytime we open and close that gate.

It went wonderfully. The rain interrupted him, but came back the second day to continue. He was very thorough and polite. The fence looks beautiful. He took time to make sure everything was perfect and cleaned up well. I was very impressed with him.

We had a negative experience with them. We agreed upon a certain way to do the fence and I paid $3000 to do the job. He came over and dropped off the materials and then tore down the fence and started to do the work in a completely different way. He tried to put a 4-foot link fence up. That was not what we had agreed upon. It?s the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a company.

Joseph was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He wasn't the cheapest quote I received, but he wasn't the most expensive either. There were some challenges with the job, as he had to integrate older fence with new, but overall it looks great. I even had him relocate an existing gate to one side so we had a "portal" to our neighbors since we were use to talking over the chainlink fence. The new 12' gate is extremely sturdy, being reenforced with a metal frame, and concreted 6x6 posts to support it. Very happy overall with everything.
Update.... I changed Professionalism and Responsiveness from A to F. The gate started to sag a few months after installation, and Joseph came back and adjusted it at no cost. Unfortunately it started to sag again about a year later, and I left messages for him to call, but I never heard back. Last month or so I tried again to have him come look at the gate since it,s sagging so bad now i have to lift up with considerable effort to open it. Instead of a phone call I received this txt message "Hello, I received your voice message. To perform you repair our minimum labor rate is $350.00 plus cost of any materialy needed. sorry so late, just finished in the office been working late, busy busy. Let me know. Thanks, Jennex Fence" I called the next day and asked him to contact me to discuss this. I never received a phone call, and I truly don't know how many messages I left....some nice, some not so nice. I never did anything to Joseph to deserve this, nor have I ever had to "diss" someone on Angie's list, but unfortunately, Joseph evidently doesn't stand behind his work, and doesn't care about his customers unless you are a currently paying customer. The reall kicker is, I hired him originally after listening to "his side of the story" of a scathing review on Angie's list....guess that was a mistake!!!

"This was outside the warranty I fixed it the first time for nothing because I wanted to take care of my customer, but a year later I was contacted to fix it again and I asked to be paid a minimum rate of $350 and I would have rebuilt her a new gate but she felt I should do it for nothing again. As in all our previous experience with Joseph of Jennex Fence, the job went very well. He provides a quote upon request, and lets us know exactly when he will be able to do the job. He is a great communicator, and tells us if anything may prevent him from doing the work (such as materials not being delivered to him). His work is done to exact specifications, and he always checks for underground cables & water lines that could be damaged. We are always amazed at how fast and efficient he does his work. The results are always very professional looking and he cleans up the job site when he's done. The price is always reasonable. Joseph is a joy to work with he's very courteous and is a heck of a nice guy.

Joe delivered the materials one day, came back the next day to tear down the old fencing, and came back the next day to put up the new fencing. The new fence is well-constructed with the fence posts particularly well anchored. The gates work very well. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work. He even reset my mailbox post in concrete. Joe is all business, very confident in what he does, and provides a good product. His estimate was not the cheapest, but I chose him because I felt confident that he would do the best job.

Jennex gave us professional service all the way from start to finish. Joseph is very personable, and we felt he gave us a reasonable quote for the job. There was good communication regarding the work. Joseph also emailed us photos of the "before and after" of the fence. The new fence looks great! We will use this company again; in fact, we have already contracted Jennex to do some fence/gates to protect some HVAC equipment at another location.
