She originally asked for an early morning appointment, but I let her know I’d be coming from 20 miles away and requested a later time. We mutually agreed on a [Member Information Removed]:00–[Member Information Removed]:30 AM window. On the day of the appointment, I happened to be in her area a bit earlier than expected and sent her a text letting her know I could swing by and take a look. This is standard practice, and I always communicate with clients beforehand. At no point did I arrive unannounced or without prior discussion. Ms. [Member Name Removed] provided me with the gate code to access her community. When I arrived, I saw a car in the driveway and knocked on the door, but no one answered. Since I was already there, I walked the property to assess the job so I could provide an accurate quote. My company does not provide estimates based on phone conversations or Google images, as they are often outdated and unreliable. I insist on in-person assessments to ensure the work is quoted properly. I did walk through the lanai area, which was extremely overgrown with weeds and clutter, and encountered two large snakes. I took photos of the areas needing attention and informed Ms. [Member Name Removed]. I did not provide a quote, as I was waiting for her to confirm which specific areas she wanted cleaned. To accuse me of trespassing over a pre-arranged and clearly communicated appointment is not only inaccurate, but damaging. I take pride in the way I conduct business—with professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. I’ve built my reputation on trust, professionalism, and transparency. These accusations are not in line with how I operate. What’s more concerning is the lanai area itself, which is severely overgrown and poses a safety risk due to snake activity and potential pest infestations.
