I called a few companies directly and was told they would come out to do the service and could tell me the cost at that time. Then I filled out the form on Homeadvisor on a Sunday afternoon and got a call immediately. TJ told me what the cost would be for what he thought I needed based on my description but that if I needed anything else, he had a wide array of parts and could do the work required. The quoted price was VERY reasonable. As it turned out, he suggested a small part and I agreed that it was needed (again the price was so reasonable that it was an easy decision). My door previously took two hands and a lot of time to open and close that I would never use it. Now, from a fully open position it takes only one push with one finger to fully close it. I also thought that I would need two new locks but after the door was fixed, the locks worked too. Maybe I am cynical because I fully expected that I needed two new locks and I think that another company may have replaced the locks unnecessarily. TJ is professional, honest and very quick and meticulous. I will keep his name on file for any friends or family that ever need sliding glass repair. He is awesome!
