I've used him multiple times. I use him because he is so reliable and his work is good. He built a Cabanna for me, he poured a concrete base and also installed a ceiling fan and did some landscaping so he does a wide range of things. He can also do some electrical work as well.

MARK GRAHAM WAS TO INSTALL A SCREEN ON ONE OF MY PROPERTIES. I GAVE HIM ONE HALF OF THE DEPOSIT OF $288.75. MARK NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE WORK AND PROMISED TWO DIFFERENT DATES FOR THE WORK TO BEGIN. WE FINALLY CANCELLED THE WORK DUE TO HIS INABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH US AND HIS FAILING TO SHOW UP FOR THE JOB. WE PHONED HIM SEVERAL TIMES THAT WE WANTED THE JOB CANCELLED. HE NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS AND IN THE END HE KEPT $150 OF OUR MONEY SAYING IT COST HIM $100 IN LABOR TO RETURN THE MATERIALS AND A $50 ''RESTOCKING'' FEE. MARK NEVER ONCE CALLED BACK TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE AND TO THIS DATE STILL OWES US $150. WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. MARK DID SEVERAL JOBS FOR US AND WE GAVE HIM MANY RECOMMENDATIONS. I WILL NEVER GIVE HIS NAME OUT AGAIN AS HE KEPT SO MUCH OF OUR MONEY AND IN A PROFESSIONAL SENSE HE IS NOT ONLY UNRELIABLE BUT DISHONEST AND LEAVES JOBS HALFWAY COMPLETED.

"Regarding this member's incident, she had a chance to purchase the materials ahead of time with other customers. This, in turn, would have saved her money on the project. She refused to order with other customers because she wasn't sure her tenant would pay for half the job. Two to three weeks later, she called and said to go ahead and start the job and pickup the deposit check. This was still the incorrect amount. Then the difference would be covered by the company. Which meant having to take time and pick up the materials and she wasn't sure when the tenant wanted to start the job. So the materials were stored in the company storage for two weeks until she could set up a time with the new tenant. After the time was established, she scheduled a time to have the materials delivered to the job site. Later that day, she called and cancelled, stating the tenant refused to pay for her half of the job. I charged her two hours of labor at $50 an hour and another $50 that the manufacturer charged me for a restocking fee. Thank you, Mark Graham"

MARK HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME, OFF AND ON, FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS. I ORIGINALLY GOT HIS NAME OFF ANGIE'S LIST. HE HAS DONE MANY JOBS FOR ME, BIG AND SMALL, BOTH AT MY HOME AND AT SOME RENTAL PROPERTY I HAVE AT THE BEACH, WHICH HE ALMOST COMPLETELY REMODELED. HE HAS ALWAYS GOTTEN THE JOB DONE, MANY TIMES FIGURING OUT HOW TO SOLVE SOMETHING THAT WAS A BIG PROBLEM WITH AN INEXPENSIVE SOLUTION. HE IS VERY REASONABLE, HONEST, AND DEPENDABLE.
