I requested a written quote prior to the work being done. They guy showed up to treat for termites and my husband spoke with him and asked if the $900 + he was asking included treatment for subterranean termites. He indicated no. We called and spoke with the owner who had provided the initial verbal quote for the work. He indicated there was a misunderstanding and the next time, the gentleman would return with the equipment to do the work, including treatment for subterranean termites. A month later, we still showed and continue to show signs of termites in the home. A month later, one of their office staff contacted me to schedule monthly pest maintenance which I had requested as well. I discussed the above problem with her and she said there was nothing on my quote to indicate work targeting subterranean termites. I asked her to send me a copy of it because i never received it. She said she would and that she would ask the owner to call me. Several months later, no call, no written quote and still signs of termite. Would never use them again for anything and I do not recommend them. The owner appeared very professional and was courteous--the first couple of times we called-

I like their services; if you are not happy, they will come back and re-treat it.
