Kris is one of the best people I have ever worked with for any project. He has the skill of an artisan and was able to repair my wood floor, cut and lay carpet and trim and he did an excellent job with the wood look tile floors. I have hired him more than once and would recommend him to anyone looking to have flooring installed and /or repaired. He has years of experience and is one of the most pleasant people at competitive prices. Most importantly, reliable and attention to detail. I give him and A+++

Worst experience. Without writing a book, cause I could, so many tiles not flush just elevated. Chips or missing grout lines. Company starts late finishes early or no show at all. Expect emotional baggage from openly discussing personal problems. Neighbor had entire floor done in a week in a half this company took 6 weeks. Demanded complete payment before work was done threatened to sue as he desperately needed money. As said worst to ever had to deal with.

When he showed up to do the job, he was good. However, getting him to show up for the job was a nightmare. He would set a time and date and would never show or call. He did this on multiple occasions. When I would get a hold of him, he would always have an excuse (his car broke down, he hurt his back, he was really busy, etc). I would set aside time and days for him to show up and it was a great inconvenience. The final straw was when he claimed to know someone who could sell him flooring wood for cheap and it turned out to be garbage wood. He did not return my money ($595) and played games about coming back to finish the job. This was an extremely disappointing contractor and would not recommend him to anyone.

He was very professional and did a wonderful job. The carpet had been laid by a less than professional company and he was able to fix the problem. Would definitely use him again.

He and his crew were punctual and were very professional. They did not play loud music or mess up other areas of my home.
