Quoted the price, but on the day to start the survey, informed us that the quoted price was only for Boundary. Topo and Tree will be extra. Absolutely a joke, and unprofessional. And assuming the price was just for Boundary Survey, it is 80% above other quotes I got. So there... you have it in black and white.

Before I contacted this company I called another to get a land survey done on a house I'm closing on. That company took my information, said they would call me back and never did. So I called Eddie p Jenkins Surveyor; they were prompt and came to the property in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price.
