They are excellent here. It's always clean; they know us by name. The most I've ever waited is ten minutes. You can tell she cares about the animal, not just how much money she can make off of me. I've had issues with the pet, so I call them right away. They offer advice on the spot.

Dr. Register is wonderful. I have a senior wellness plan that includes the bi-monthly allergy shots (I do purchase the serum separately). She gets a complete physical check-up 4 times a year and blood work twice a year, plus any vaccinations that are needed. The wellness plan saves me quite a bit of money over the year. The techs give the allergy shots, but I usually get to talk to Dr. Register whenever I'm there. She corresponds via email promptly whenever I have questions. I would recommend East West to anyone who wants quality and caring service. The whole staff is awesome!

Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Reynolds spent about half an hour discussing my older Doug's health issues and answering questions. This is going to be my vet clinic! They also offer Wellpet plans that can save you money over the long run.

East-West is like your small town vet office. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Linda Register, the DVM, is very thorough in her exam and was spot on with her diagnosis of our cat. We have been taking our cats there since they opened. One very nice thing is they have evening hours for those that work. That compensates for not having weekend hours.
One of my cats, on one occasion, developed a high fever after receiving his shots. I took him back in that afternoon and Dr. Register performed acupuncture on him which immediately reduced his fever (Go figure. If I didn't see it, I wouldn't have believed it either.) She kept him a few hours to make sure he was OK and sent us home with a well cat. We only had to pay for the acupuncture, $20.00.

Professional,caring staff. Dr.Register goes extra mile to research medications and confer with other drs. Excellent communications with us. Only problem is location-she's in Lutz and we're in S.Tampa.For those in Lutz/LoL area:Here's a great vet.

This was the first visit to vet with our new dog. Dr. Register answered all of our questions ranging from flea control, oral care, bathing, diet. She was thorough and explained differences between various approaches. Our new pet required a rabies shot and lab tests for health assessment. Overall we were pleased with the service.

Great! Dr. O takes the time to sit and talk with you about your pet's issues. She takes time to talk to my dogs and try to put them at ease. She is an excellent vet and makes an effort to truly diagnose issues that are going on with your pet's health.
