They deserve a -1 star. I took my sisters dog this afternoon and from the start they were extremely rude. Telling me to go outside because they don't know if she is contagious or not. the title in there business is called Cypress Creek "Animal Hospital". Don't call yourself a hospital if you don't have a protocol for emergencies. Personally I thought it was a front business for something else, that is how bad they made the experience for me. The tech couldn't draw blood right, most likely hurting my sisters dog in the process. They had the nerve to over charge for services that weren't properly handled correctly. A monkey could do a better job than any of these people have done.

Everyone at Cypress Creek is wonderful! One of the reasons I chose this clinic is the tenure of most of the vets and staff. They are very professional and caring. You can tell they all love animals! The prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics in the area. I have been for several different issues and they never try to up sell like a lot of clinics do. I highly recommend Cypress Creek.

the staff were phenomenal with both puppy and older dog. The dogs like and people and are not afraid of going there. The techs were all sweet with the dogs and professional with me, explaining everything. The vet actually sat on the floor with the older dog who was afraid at first but eventually was calm at his hands. I will not go anywhere else.

I have two scotty dogs. They were good with the dogs. I used Dr Wilson and she was good with Georgie.

I have been going to Cypress Creek Animal Hospital since we moved to Wesley Chapel back in 1993. They have always been very professional and very caring about our animals. They check them out very good and provide needed treatment/shots. They recommend other services but do not pressure you into taking. They are always very friendly and the vets are always very gentle and truly concerned with the welfare of our animals. Kudos to Cypress Creek Animal Hospital!

They are a little pricey but they are very good. I would rather pay a little more knowing that my animals are taken care of.

The place was very clean and the work they did was very thorough. I have no complaints whatsoever except for their charges to be a bit pricey. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
