We took our computer to Cory's PC Rescue for a diagnosis of the problem. The next day we were advised that the hard drive crashed and would have to be replaced. They replaced the hard drive and transferred most of our data. However, some data was still missing and I placed many telephone calls attempting to have them retrieve the missing data. My calls were not returned.

They were very good at what they did, but they promised it to me at a certain time and didn't follow through. Their communication was not good.

RANDY HAS SOLD PC RESCUE TO CORY, WHO IS CONTINUING THE TRADITION OF PROVIDING EXCELLENT SERVICE TO HIS CUSTOMERS. CORY WAS QUICK TO IDENTIFY MY COMPUTER'S PROBLEM. HE SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS AND GIVE HONEST RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE BEST AND MOST ECONOMICAL FIXES TO MY PROBLEM. HE DID THE WORK AND HAD THE COMPUTER RETURNED IN A SURPRISINGLY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

WHEN WE MADE OUR APPOINTMENT, THE GENTLEMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE EXPLAINED THAT THEY TRY & BOOK 3 HOURS FOR EACH REPAIR. RANDY WAS RUNNING LATE THE DAY OF OUR APPOINTMENT AND CALLED TO LET US KNOW SUCH.
