A pleasure to work with on a large dryer duct cleaning project. They know what they are doing and it shows. I also found them to be on time, courteous, thorough, highly professional, and left everything clean and neat when the were finished. They know dryer ducting regulations and also carry workers compensation insurance, which I found is unusual in that business.

I will quite highly recommend CooksDistributors (Michael Cook) for cleaning dryer vents. Phone 813 575-5015 In researching this topic (I had never had vents cleaned), I found that the homes in Dupree Lakes likely all have the same issue that I had - there is a grate that should have been removed in the goose neck (on the roof). The grate collects the lint exhaust and will ultimately block the out flow. That will reduce the efficiency of the dryer causing it to work harder and require more time to dry stuff. Michael and team were on time, worked cleanly during the process and cleaned up at project complete (in and out). Pricing was quite reasonable. They explained what occurred during the project and provide pictures of the vents up and down at completion showing the blockage and the clean results.

Mike and his assistant arrived on time, explained the work to be done, finished quickly and made it look easy. They were quick to respond to a request for quote, and ... wait for it ... charged less than I expected! Extemely pleased.
