They did an excellent job. The men were neat, clean, and quiet. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to do the work. They got right at it, and were able to complete it within a few hours.

Showed up on time for estimate and to complete the work. Completed work within estimated time (2 days) for quoted price. Did not require payment until work was completed. Called after work to make sure that there was no more leaking. With the exception of several nails cleaned up all work.

It went well, overall. Dan came (at the scheduled time or maybe a little early) and looked at what would be needed exactly one week before the actual date of the repair. He had to price the materials and thus it took a few days to get me the estimate, to which I agreed. The two men (he told me there would be three but for the first few hours, for which I was present, I only saw two) actually arrived a few minutes early, but Dan was considerate enough to call me rather than ring the doorbell, considering it was only 7:15 AM. I left for work around 9:30, and thus I didn't actually see them finish the work. They cleaned up after themselves in the garage, obviously having cleaned up the insulation that would have had to have settled on the garage floor while they went in and out of the attic all day. He allowed me to mail him his payment. Dan was great responding to my phone calls, and my requests, in a very timely manner. He was pleasant, considerate and appeared knowledgeable.

NOT SURE I WOULD HIRE AGAIN, DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF WORK I NEEDED DONE. NOT FOR ELECTRICAL. THEY DID WORK VERY HARD SCRAPING AND POWER WASHING THE HOUSE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

Had to come back to paint a 2nd coat, but overall very happy.

Waited several weeks for an appointment. Inconsistent quality of work.

Although their profile states free estimates, we were charged $50.00. However, that was taken from job total since they got the work. Dan was punctual (early even!) for appointment for estimate and on the day the work was done. Overall, everyone involved was very courteous and professional. After quoting the job, Dan was not pushy and gave us time to make our decision. Stayed in contact with us regularly to schedule job. Price a bit high but the work appears to have been done correctly and looks great! They were fast - one day only whereas other companies quoted 3-5 days to complete job - and did not leave a mess behind them. I am very happy with their work ethic. All employees were "clean cut" and now I realize this is rare in this industry!

Dan was on time, very polite, gave us a lot of good tips, cleaned up all his mess did his job and went.

We were pleased with the work performed.

THESE GENTLEMEN WERE CONSIDERATE, VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL, CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT CLEAN UP, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE FITTING THE JOB IN AROUND OTHER WORK, THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED CONSISTENTLY.

DAN IS HANDS ON AND EVERYONE ELSE IN HIS COMPANY IS RELATED AND EQUALLY CAPABLE. DAN HAS BEEN IN THIS BUSINESS FOR 27 YEARS AND DOESN'T LOOK IT!

They quoted $625 and then gave me a bill for $732 saying that the quote did not include tax. They did a good job but they are very expensive.

They were very nice, informative and clean. I was referred by a roofing company, which thought that this company would be able to help me. Complete Maintenance even took the time to do a follow up call to see if I was satisfied with their work! Just a wonderful experience!

He fixed my bathroom door, and changed the battery in my smoke alarm. He did such great work. I would love to have him again. He was excellent and honest to work with.
