Mine is a Paperless Office, and you never receive a service without a phone call the day prior. I switched from my prior pest control service to Combat Pest Control last year, and am very glad I did. Steve (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. On top of that, the fees are very reasonably priced. I have had no issues with pests between visits, so I'm confident that the service provided is effective. I highly recommend this company.

Steven Clauser, a veteran, runs the business. He came out the four scheduled times for treatment but he said should I see any bugs, not to heisitate to call and he would come back and retreat I did call a couple of extra times and he was out here within 48 hours and he retreated as promised with a smile. (it was a Palmetto bug we saw but we panicked and though "a roach!" Very professional, very pleasant, on time, and VERy knowledgable and since he has been treating the home (going into the second year now) with his ECO friendly program, I have not seen any spiders or household crawlies. And with a cat in the home we do have to think about how poisons will affect him but the treatment is pet friendly so we haven't had to worry.
