After talking to salesmen after salesmen and receiving numerous quotes I was just about ready to just get a window fan..Received a recommendation to give Charlie Pritt a call - I had decided ok this was going to be my last one. After speaking with him over the phone I immediately decided ok this was going to be the one. There was no fast talking and he answered all my questions (the little I did know regarding AC units) he said he would come to the house later that evening to give an estimated. That evening it was storming I really wasn't looking for him but sure he enough he came at the time he said he would. He gave me the best price and was not pushy. I do plan on using him for my  yearly AC maintenance.

Excellent service. They were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it on the spot by replacing a part. In less than an hour I had cool air again! I have used CPR for many years and they are honest, dependable, reasonable and do great work!!

They were able to come out the same day. The two techs were very polite and professional. They had to order the parts to replace a tub facet valve. They were back out the next day to finish the job. I have used this company in the past, and they were just as reliable. Great company!

Charlie and all of his staff were extremely professional, polite, and responsive. Charlie is very knowledgeable and laid out several repair options with different pricing points, then presented his recommendation. During the install, when the several unexpected problems arose, as often do with these types of projects, they worked through them until very late in the day. A week after the install when the thermostat suddenly went on the fritz, Charlie was here promptly to replace it. Overall very good experience.

The owner is Charlie Pritt. They are the best plumbers. We've been using them for ten years and these guys are just the best. We will absolutely continue to use them.

Painless. CPR is prompt, polite, and completely competent. I have been working with them for years and recommend them highly. I was surprised that they were not already on Angie's List, so I am correcting that right now.
