Great work and expertise. Only two air samples for the initial price, but it was enough to know what was going on in the home. Al and Sean are both knowledgeable and made themselves available to answer any of our questions throughout the process. They were able to work with us and meet our time restricted needs to keep us from buying a property that could have cost us health and much money to clean up.

Sean and Al really walked me through the steps and were extremely upfront with me. I trust these guys and have already recommended them to some of my other business associates. CMA was on time, quick, and no where near the cost of what I thought it would be. Having them there showed me the importance of getting these inspections and what they found will help keep my family safe.

I'm writing this positive review for Mr. Al Rabin owner and operator of Certified Mold Assessments. Mr. Al Rabin is what you call a real professional in his line of work. Scheduled a mold test to be performed at my home on April 17th. Although he was very busy he still managed to schedule us in his books because he was very concerned about our health and how bad or much the mold has spread in the house. Mr. Al Rabin treated the situation as if we were his family and our home was his. Never met a professional who seemed so sincere. Mr. Al Rabin was not referred to me just by one mold remediation company, he was referred to me by 3 of them. He is highly recommended in our area. And when I got a chance to meet him. I see why! If we ever had a situation that occurred like this again without a doubt we want Al and his company Certified Mold Assessments to come out and do the job. I would recommend to anyone who maybe in a similar situation.

Al and Shawn were very professional and efficient. They explained every step they were taking or planning to take, which made the whole process very comfortable under the circumstances.

I was given clear explanations of each step in their work flow. After the testing, I was called and the test results were explained to me.

Two appointments had to be rescheduled due to lapses on CMA's part, and things were complicated due to the Thanksgiving holidays, but overall the service and quality of work were satisfactory. I would recommend them.

Far exceeded my expectations. CMA and Al Rabin responded extremely quick and explained the entire process to me so I clearly understood the problem areas. I saw a detailed report and he made recommendations. He and his staff are very helpful and answer questions in a timely manner. I am going to give him more business because I trust him and I will also send him to my friends as well.

He did his inspection within 24hrs of my call, sent the samples off to the lab immediately, had the results two days later which he emailed to us immediately, and his extremely thorough 40 page report the very next morning.
