I hired CMA to assess and test the mold that damaged my condo endured from an outdoor irrigation system that was not properly maintained. CMA was great. They educated and talked me through the process. CMA was professional and provided me with the results within days along with recommendations. Highly recommend CMA.

The inspector was very thorough and pointed out areas of concern. He shared his recommendations about what areas were most concerning and took 3 included samples to get a broad array of molds present. The initial report came back quickly, but at the time of this review, the official report with recommendations and conclusions had not been received.

I was dealing with Certified Mold Assessment from out of state. Al was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all things about indoor environments. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I had some bad odor at home since I moved in. It was impossible to identify the source. I had the best remediation company in town telling me that the best is Vertified Mold Assesments and that they will likely identify the problem and they have the bets plan of action. They were right. Al and his assistant were both very professional. They didn’t save time and took samples and pictures in all the important locations. Al gave me a fair evaluation of where we need samples and where not. Remember that each sample goes to a Lab and is expensive so you don’t want too many or not enough. The next day or so the reports arrived and Al spent more than an hour going over and answering all my questions and my wife’s questions. He had a plan of action for remediation and the remediation gave me a fair estimation. Al also gave me a deep discount for another property I was about to buy and his findings made me drop it and get a much better one. Al also followed up to make sure everything is ok almost a month later. You don’t see this level of customer service anymore and it’s great when you do see it. The remediation is not done yet but Al did find three areas of mold and identified exactly what kind. One area I already fixed a minor leak and I already noticed an improvement in air quality. Reduction of smells. I am scheduled for remediation and I believe our problem will resolve when we follow the recommendations.

During an unfortunate and stressful time, this company will hold your hand every step of the way. The owner, Al, along with his creative and professional staff, make themselves available immediately. The owner is knowledgeable, calm, empathetic, and will contact you back promptly. I was never left hanging and none of my concerns were small. I have hired them more than once and will continue to do so!

When I hired them, I was quoted a price.. When they were done the price tripled when it was suggest I have more lab tests completed.. I wish that had been explained better up front, particularity with all the confusion after the hurricane. However, they have been available to me many times afterwards to explain and educate me about mold issues. They are a very good source and I encourage other home owners to take advantage of their expertise.

I cannot recommend this group enough. I was living in an apartment that I highly suspected to have mold in it, and in order to break my lease to save my health, I would have had to pay two additional months of rent for the termination fee! The property manager did not believe me that mold was present - mold is not always visible. Certified Mold Assessments came in and saved the day. They did an incredibly thorough inspection of my place and had test results back for me within 24 hours. I sent the proof to my property manager and was able to leave without paying ANY fees. If you need mold testing done - these are the people to use!!
